The Event
Encouraged by their success at the Milan Design Week last June, the designers of Zaventem Ateliers, located a stone's throw from Brussels, are recreating the experience during the Paris Design Week in September.
They will occupy the site of the « Halles Pouchard », the future "Grandes Serres de Pantin". In this industrial wasteland, destined to be rehabilitated in 2023, 12 designers will have the pleasure to invite you to share their energy and discover their creations. For three days, the former steel tube factory will become a reflection of Zaventem Ateliers, a crossroad for exchange and sharing between designers, artists, collectors, architects and aficionados dedicated to Collectible Design.
The project aims to be a place that shows the vision of a creative renaissance in a post-apocalyptic environment, a message of hope in these troubled times, a marker, a landmark towards our humanity. It will also be an opportunity to rediscover the « Halles Pouchard » before they are returned to the citizens of Pantin as an ideal microcity of 11,000 m2, dedicated to culture and exchange where people can live, share, enjoy and so much more...
