Lila Farget is a French sculptor based in Brussels, working primarily with molded glass to explore memory, architecture, and space. A graduate of ENSAV La Cambre, she developed her glass techniques through studies at MusVerre, leading to a language where thought becomes form and light becomes meaning.
Her sculptures often take the shape of architectural volumes and layered constructions, echoing geological strata or symbolic dwellings. These forms evoke stages of memory, utopian space, and emotional structure. Her work engages with transparency and mass, offering multiple readings through light, shadow, and interior voids.
Farget also reinterprets industrial packaging as sculptural material, casting disposable cardboard forms into lasting glass objects. Recently, she has expanded her process by integrating bronze casting into bas-relief wall works, inspired by the movement of water and subtle distortions in surface tension.
From monumental labyrinths to intimate studies of form, her work invites viewers into quiet spaces where physical structure and inner reflection meet.
